Forged Wheel Projects
Recent Wheels from Our Production
Real wheels from recent orders – finishes, designs and export packing. Vehicle badges are blurred; every set is built to an approved drawing.

Forged Wheel Projects: BMW, Porsche, Tesla & Private-Label Builds
Every project we support starts from a vehicle platform and a commercial goal, not a catalog part number — send your vehicle and fitment data for a project review.
The Kind of Projects We Take On
Every custom forged wheel project we support starts from a vehicle platform and a commercial goal, not a catalog part number. Below are the project types we most often work on — use them as a starting point, then send your own vehicle and fitment data for a project review.
Vehicle Platforms We Regularly Support

European Performance
Fitment work for brake-package-sensitive platforms such as BMW M cars and Porsche 911, Cayenne and Panamera builds, where offset and center bore tolerance matter most.

EV Platforms
Weight- and range-conscious forged wheel projects for Tesla Model 3 and Model Y builds, balancing rotating mass against load rating.

Off-Road & Truck Builds
Higher load rating, beadlock-compatible forged wheels built for off-road and truck platforms without leaving the forged-aluminum process.

Private-Label Dealer Collections
Multi-SKU collections planned around finish mix, popular vehicle platforms and order rhythm for distributors and emerging wheel brands.
How a Project Moves From Drawing to Shipment
- Vehicle and wheel data — make, model, brake package, diameter, width, PCD, offset and center bore.
- Design review — spoke style, concavity, finish direction and branding confirmed against the vehicle data.
- Sample approval — an approved specification both sides can sign off before production tooling.
- Production and QC — forging, machining, finishing and inspection against the approved drawing.
- Packaging and shipment — export packing and destination planning confirmed against order quantity.

Vehicle Sourcing Guides
Each guide covers brake clearance, load rating, front/rear sizing, ET, center bore and the data to send for a quotation.
Project Documentation
High-value custom projects are decided on evidence, not slogans. For each quoted project, the documentation below is agreed in the quotation so you know exactly what you will receive.
| Document | What it shows | When you receive it |
|---|---|---|
| Project specification sheet | Vehicle, size, PCD, ET, center bore, construction, finish, branding and quantity per SKU (customer details removed when shared as an example) | With the quotation |
| Drawing with revision history | Each change to dimensions, design, finish or markings, with a revision number and approval date | Before tooling or machining |
| Finish confirmation | Approval sample, swatch or photos of the agreed surface finish and color under consistent lighting | Before production |
| Inspection record | The check items agreed for the order — for example dimensions, runout, visual finish and marking checks | Before shipment |
| Packing and loading record | Packing method per wheel, carton marks and loading photos | At shipment |
| FEA / test scope statement | Who performed the analysis or test, the inputs, which design/SKU it covers and its limits | Only where FEA or testing is in the quoted scope |
Ask for an anonymised example of any of these documents when you send your RFQ.
