How a Project Works
- Brief – vehicles, sizes, design direction, finish, brand assets, quantity per SKU and destination
- Drawing – fitment data (PCD, ET, center bore, brake clearance) reviewed; every revision numbered and approved in writing before tooling or machining
- Quotation – written quote stating MOQ, price basis, lead-time start point, testing scope and Incoterm
- Sample / finish approval – sample or finish confirmation before production
- Production and inspection – inspection record for the agreed check items, packing list and shipping documents
How Terms Are Confirmed
We do not publish fixed price lists or a single MOQ. Each order is quoted from the design, size, SKU count, finish and packaging. Some projects have a 20–25 day production target counted from confirmation of the drawing, specifications, finish and production slot; samples, testing and transport are scheduled separately unless included. FEA is provided only when it is in the quoted scope, and results apply only to the analysed design.
