What Private Label Covers
A private label forged wheel program lets you sell wheels under your own brand without owning forging, machining or finishing capacity. You define the design direction, fitment range and brand identity; we review the drawing, confirm what is feasible and quote the project by SKU.
Design & Drawing
Your sketch, reference design or 3D file is turned into a production drawing. Each revision is tracked and approved in writing before tooling or machining.
Finish & Branding
Surface finish, color, machined details, laser-engraved or molded logos, center caps and valve-stem details are confirmed on an approval sample or finish swatch.
Packaging & Labels
Branded boxes, inserts, labels and carton marks are specified per SKU so wheels arrive ready for your channel — retail, workshop or online store.

How MOQ, Lead Time, FEA and DDP Are Confirmed

| Lead time | Some projects have a 20–25 day production target. It is counted from confirmation of the drawing, specifications, surface finish and production slot. Samples, revisions, testing and transport are scheduled separately unless expressly included. |
| FEA | When FEA is in scope, the quotation states who performs the analysis, the load and boundary inputs, which wheel design/SKU it covers and the report delivered. Results apply only to the analysed design. |
| DDP | Offered only by written quotation confirming the destination country, importer of record, duties and taxes, clearance scope and named delivery address. |

Can I put my own logo on the wheels and caps?
Yes. Logo method (laser engraving, machined, molded cap, printed or badge insert), position and size are confirmed on the drawing and on an approval sample before production.
What is the MOQ for private label forged wheels?
MOQ is confirmed per project by design, size, SKU count, surface finish, packaging and project scope, and is stated in the written quotation.
Do you provide load or FEA documentation?
Where FEA or testing is in scope, the quotation names the analysis or test provider, the inputs, the SKUs covered and the report delivered. Documents apply only to the analysed or tested design. See our load rating and certification guide.
Can you deliver DDP to my warehouse?
