Custom Wheel Factory in China
A practical look at our CNC machining, wheel finishing and project-based custom wheel production support.

FACTORY OVERVIEW
Custom wheel manufacturing starts with the application.
Custom Wheel Hub supports project-based forged, cast and flow formed wheel enquiries from Dongguan, China. Rather than starting from a generic catalogue, we discuss the wheel construction, target vehicle, fitment, finish, quantity, branding and destination market.
For an initial review, share the vehicle model, wheel diameter and width, PCD, ET offset, center bore, finish direction and expected quantity. If some details are still undecided, a project brief is enough to start the conversation.
Inside Our Factory
See Your Forged Wheels Being Made
Real footage from our wheel factory: forged blanks are CNC machined to your approved drawing, then finished and inspected before export packing.
CNC MACHINING
CNC machining for wheel programs with custom fitment.
PCD, ET offset, center bore, diameter and width are reviewed against the intended vehicle application. Custom requirements are confirmed within the project quotation and production documentation.

FINISH & PROJECT CONTROL
Finish direction, inspection and export preparation.
Wheel finish, logo, center cap and packaging direction can be discussed as part of a private-label or wholesale wheel project. Fitment and production details should be confirmed in writing before manufacturing begins.
- Custom color and surface finish direction
- Logo and center-cap requirements
- PCD, ET offset and center-bore confirmation
- Project-specific packing and export discussion

Wheel constructions we produce
Every project starts by choosing the right construction for the vehicle, budget and use. These are the options we quote most often:
- Monoblock forged wheels: one-piece wheels CNC machined from a forged aluminum blank, for the best strength-to-weight ratio.
- 2-piece and 3-piece forged wheels: separate centers and barrels for flexible widths, offsets and deep-lip styles. Compare them in 2-piece vs 3-piece vs monoblock forged wheels.
- Flow formed and cast wheels: lower-cost options for larger volume programs. See forged vs flow formed vs cast wheels.
Browse current styles and programs on our custom forged wheels page, or see finished builds in forged wheel projects.

Custom wheel factory FAQ
Is Custom Wheel Hub a factory or a trading company?
Custom Wheel Hub is based in Dongguan, China, and handles forged, cast and flow formed wheel projects directly: fitment review, CNC machining, finishing and export preparation are coordinated in-house rather than resold from a catalogue.
What information do you need to quote a custom wheel?
The vehicle model, wheel diameter and width, PCD, ET offset, center bore, construction (monoblock, 2-piece or 3-piece), finish and expected quantity. A drawing or reference photo helps, but a project brief is enough to start.
Can you make wheels under our own brand?
Yes. Private-label programs can include your logo on the wheel and center caps, custom finishes and branded packaging. See the private label program for details.
Do you work with wheel dealers and wholesalers?
Yes. Dealers and distributors can order repeat programs across several fitments; the dealer and wholesale program explains how ordering and pricing tiers work.
How long does a custom wheel project take?
Lead time depends on construction, finish and quantity, and starts once the drawing and fitment are approved. Our lead time guide walks through the sample-to-production timeline.
